Communication is not just 'message sent', but 'message received and understood'. You can be the best orator in the world, but if nobody is listening to you, you are wasting your time. So to communicate effectively, you need to engage your team, make them want to read what you are writing, or listen to what you are saying.
To do this, you need to communicate with your team regularly, openly and honestly.
By communicating regularly, I mean send out regular team emails, as well as individual emails to your movers. Respond to any individual emails received as quickly as you can, and make sure you answer any questions asked. If you don't know the answer right away, do some research. If you think that is going to take some time, tell them that, so they don't think you are ignoring them. By researching the answer, both of you learn.
By communicating openly, I mean make your emails personal. Relate your own experiences, or if you don't have any experience yourself, tell them that, and share something you have learned from your sponsor, co-sponsor, or up-line. The more you open up to them, the more likely they are to open up to you, and the more they open up, the more receptive they will be to your advice and guidance.
By communicating honestly, I mean don't claim to be something you are not. I am not a guru by any stretch of the imagination, and I don't live in a mansion, or drive a flashy sports car. But I do make a good living online, and I offer to help my team reach that level, or point them in the direction of others who are more successful, if their ambitions are greater than that.
Hope this helps.
