1. Confirm that all e-mail ids of your Team Members are "White Listed" to ensure that none of the internal mails go to trash!
2. Go to Your Affiliate Home Page Every Day.
3. Go through your alerts, To-Do-List,...all the action points....(all the tabs)...SFI forum, posts and mails including Reference, Training, My Account & Power Tool Tabs.
4. Participate in Ask SC, Forums and Go through FAQs, etc. for being upto date with SFI & Tc News, Offers, etc.
5. Do your reports, mails and messages to your upline (as per priority & requirement)
6. Review Your Teams' Progress - Individual, as well as Group.
5. Then, Start with Team Leadership Page, Blogs,Tips,AND then the messages/enquiries to your Downline (Regarding the Progress, latest news, tips, and answer to queries),CSA/PSAs Mailers, And Other Mail, etc
6. If its possible to send messages related to SFI or TC (to the benefit of the Company and the Team)using applications such as 'WhatsApp', etc ....use it, if its going to be of profit for the Company and the Team.
7. Repeat the same (and more, if required!) day after day And Monitor the Team/Individuals to enure that your downline also does the same (ie. the same action which You are doing daily, as a Team Leader/Sponsor), routinely, and proceed towards the Growth of the Team!
