Hi, The most effective way to communicate would be if we are able to speak to the affiliate directly.
But since our program is a world wide program, therefore it is practically not feasible to speak to each one due to various factors involved, such as language difference, different region etc. In this situation we should try to connect to affiliates through online chatting or using messenger, skype etc.
Some times we may use various online video conferencing tools such as lync, gotomeeting, webex.
And finally should communicate to our affiliates atleast twice each week providing some beneficial information or tips to increase sign-up or tip to increase sells.
