There seems to be some confusion among respondents.
Some grasp the word Help, others are confusing it with frequency of contact, and it's sad the number of people who would discourage efforts to improve your team. If they are serious about the business your team will have desire to learn daily and enjoy working closely with you and being in constant contact.
They will join Facebook Chats and Skype Groups, give you a phone number to call and connect on social media.
There is however a limit to the amount of help you should give and that is the thin line between teaching the team member and doing the task for them. Another line is don't pay their way, if they don't have a stake in the reward it will not hold the same value and soon will be taken for granted. You also will have your own business expenses and can not do anything but damage it's stability subsidizing another member's standing order etc...
That's not to say you can't reward or gift members.
I fully agree with sending a serious affiliate a Gift Certificate to use to get their Wave 3 kit. I also think having performance based contest among your team is a runway to success. But make sure they feel that they have earned the reward when they win one. It will help you keep them motivated when you set the bar a little higher the next time.
