Here at SFI, Team leaders should initiate communication. Because we have our best interest at stake we should not use a means of communication based on our convenience but based on what our affiliates wants to communicate with us.
We start our communications with:
1. Chat facility if we see them on-line and logged in at SFI.
2. We send them message through SFI.
3. Through email.
With these three initial communications we should open up other venue where they can choose to communicate with us. Like, your phone number, Skype, FaceBook, Yahoo messenger and others.
The interested affiliates will surely contact you in the way they wants to communicate. That is the the best way to communicate to this particular affiliate.
For those who are not responding just continue to send them group message.
