There are several ways that can be adopted by a Sponsor or Co-Sponsor to establish communication with all or some of the down-line team-member or affiliates. Some of the channels of communication are:-

a) A Sponsor or Co-Sponsor can send an e-mail in order to communicate any message to all or some of the member affiliates.

b) A Sponsor or Co-Sponsor can utilize the Instant Messaging System that is available in Genealogy Page to communicate with all or some of the downline member affiliates.

c) A Sponsor or Co-Sponsor can utilize the Skype as a medium of Communication with all or some of the member affiliates.

d) A Sponsor or Co-Sponsor can even utilize the a2a webpage as a means of communication with all or some of the member affiliates.

e) A Sponsor or Co-Sponsor can utilize the Cell phone as a medium of Communication with all or some of the downline member affiliates.

f) A Sponsor or Co-Sponsor may utilize the general mail or post as a medium of Communication with all or some of the member affiliates.

In reality or actually it all boils down to the urgency or expediency of the message that is to be communicated and its importance or classification of the contents. Depending upon the above conditions and situations, all Sponsors and Co-Sponsors adopt one or several means of Communication in order to communicate the message that they intend to communicate with all or some of the member affiliates.

The effectiveness of the communication entirely depends upon the clarity of idea of the sender, the medium that he or she adopts and the ease with which the receiver has received the message totally and grasped/acted upon the content of the message.
