You've received many answers to this question but I think that there is a bigger picture here as well.
We are all here to make money, right?
And that's where most of the answers are heading.
But what about just helping people?
Put aside the money issue for the moment and just concentrate on helping other people make money regardless of wether they're PSA's or CSA's.
Remember that you only make money if they do.
I've been doing this for just over 3 years and to be honest..I'm not making buckets of money. I do however get a lot of enjoyment and satisfaction helping other people build their teams and work towards a good income.
I don't even restrict myself to my own team. I have an email waiting now from someone outside my team asking for help and they'll get the same support from me as I offer to my team.
Focus on helping other people achieve success and yours will come to.
