I was in many years admin in 2 Text Ad Exchanges, is member of very many Text Ad Exchanges.

Personally I best like Text Ad Exchanges for Safelists, but both are good places to place your ads.
Members are mostly serious marketers, so if they join from your link, they will likely be active members.

There is other kind of mailers too, that can be very effective.

But any kind of exchanges is mostly with serious marketers, but they have likely also seen very many SFI ads in their time as marketers.

Most of clicks will be made because the members want earn credits, so they can post their ads.

Some exchanges and safelists is selling ads to the owners personally lists, that is much better advertising, but also much more expensive.
