To your question,to me CSAs and PSAs are both ok.Your don't have to choose one and leave the other.Work at getting both.
You will get commissions from the activities of both your CSAs and your PSAs.

Infact,all the benefit you get from PSa,you can get from CSA.Just that you will be referred to as the sponsor in terms of PSa and Co-sponsor in terms of CSA.
