If you pursue PSA, CSA will come to you without need to concentrate on them.
You can't promote for CSA, you can win them in the auctions or you can get them as a result of being an EA2 or better, but you can't do anything that requires focus to increase the number you get.
When it comes to buying them at auction though you will find a difference. Not only do PSA with Standing orders pay you 3 times as much direct commission but active ones also refer PSA of their own and grow your network deeper and fill it with matching VersaPoints you start to earn when you become a team leader.
You can focus a tremendous amount of effort on recruiting PSA, training them, motivating them, and running co-op advertising campaigns with them to grow your income and leverage your results.
But keep in mind that you skipped the most important type of referral and that is the Personally Referred Member or PRM. A PRM will pay you the same commissions percentage wise as a PSA but instead of coming to us broke and looking for a way to make money they come to us with money, looking for something to buy. Thus a PRM may spend a few hundred dollars a month with you and a PSA may never place a standing order.
In addition to the 45% of the commission Volume you make off a PRM's purchase you get the Sales VP they would have earned if they were a SFI Affiliate. Knowing how to recruit active buyers will give you money to recruit more buyers and more affiliates and you will be able to teach the PSA you recruit how to make money at SFI.
Most people that quit SFI, leave because they don't know how to make money, so don't forget the PRM.
