In my opinion it is better to pursue PSAs more than CSAs because your benefits are greater in relation to Direct Commissions.You earn 45% of CV on product from every purchase they make and you receive duplication VP for each PSA that you support to EA and above every month and you also earn matching VP if you are BTL and above.You also have more control with your PSAs seeing that you are their leader.
For CSAs you earn 15% of CV of products on any purchases they make but you do not earn duplication VP or matching VP.
But all in all it is great to have both ACTIVE PSAs and CSAs for this is the way to huge commissions monthly especially if you are very active at your store.
