I love playing Eager zebra games, especially Knockout trivia. I won several times, but many times was runner up. It brought me some valuable T-credits, that helped me maintain my rank!
So if you good in playing games, and with some luck - it will bring you a bunch of free T-credits. And even if you are not so good - every T-credit spend in the game will bring you 5 (or 10) MRP, and for entering in game with T-credits will give you 1 VP!
Pricebenders auctions are great for winning stuff for a very nice (low) price! I did not win any auction yet, but did not give up on participating. And especially with the new bid and built program - for every 50 bid on auction you get 1 PSA (max 2 PSA per day) it is even more appealing to participate in it!
So besides getting 1 VP, 5 (or 10) MRP, you are going to get 1 or 2 PSA! Is not that a great? And, of course, if you win on an auction - you are going to get some good for a low price!
So the answer to your question is: both are great for your business, so do not neglect eather. Play games, at free times, to have some fun, but go at auctions too, couse there are a lot of benefit from only participating in it, and even bigger if you win!
