Hello.
I am old enough to remember when there was no such thing as the internet, never mind smart phones and the like. Amazingly, we managed to survive, and some of us even managed to build person-to-person businesses that did not require a shop front or office. SFI itself was formed out of just such a business.
You do not need to access the Affiliate Center daily to build your business, although it does help, because you can gain the extra VP by completing tasks, etc. Your personally sponsored EAs will earn you 100 action VP a month each, and a suitable standing order will assure you EA status, so you can still build your business and participate in the profit-sharing and earn commissions without completing the tasks.
What I would focus on would be promoting your business face-to-face. If you promote TripleClicks, once a member signs up your work is done, and you earn commissions from every purchase they make for ever. And PSAs you have recruited face-to-face are far more likely to become active.
If you have email access, you will receive notification about any new PSAs, so you can connect with them through email, and start working with them there. If you explain to them that you don't have regular access to the Affiliate Center, so email is the best way to get hold of you, those who want to learn will stay in touch. Those who don't will struggle anyway.
If you don't have access to email, most places still have telephones, and sometimes hearing a voice can be a very powerful asset in convincing someone to heed your advice and explore the opportunity SFI offers.
Hope this helps.
