Now, that is a good question, given the various ways to promote the SFI program. If I had to pick between the two, me personally, I would select the PSA process, because with the CSA choice if for some reason you do not make EA2 for any given month you lose the CSA affiliate. Now with the PSA, you still have those even though you might miss a month of becoming EA.
Overall, I would think that the ECA would be the best choice even though you did ask. Why? Because, by taking that direction, you will be somewhat building your business structure on a product based type organizational structure, as opposed to, a people type organizational structure.
Also remember that the most increasing segment within the business structure types, and we are talking in terms of service providers and commodities providers, is the service provider.
So the attention should be on providing a long term sustainable service, the ECA program. The point is, sales equal revenues.
