Using Ad Exchange sites
My personal experience with Ad Exchanges is not to good. One of the things I don’t care for is that most of the Ad Exchange sites require you to log-in and view their members ads. While you are doing that you will be earning credits or points to be able to run your ads.
With Ad Exchange system you are granted 1 view to your URL after you have viewed a members URL. Some Ad Exchange site only give you a fraction of a point for each site you visit. When that is the case you will have to view quite a lot of their members sites.
Another thing about using Ad Exchange sites free or paid the timer for viewing a members URL is extremely fast only being around 5 to 7 seconds long. This means that your Ad will have to load quickly if it doesn’t load within the time frame oh-well you lose out.
The best advertising that I find is using solo ads. You can get better results when using paid solo ads. There are quite a few Ad Exchange sites that do not allow solo ads because the timers for the reading them is too fast and your results will be near zero.
Using Safelists.
I find the use of free or paid Safelists to be much more profitable in receiving contacts and sign-ups than I ever have received using Ad Exchange sites.
When using Safelists you have a much greater choice in the type of ads you wish to run than you do with Ad Exchange sites. While on Safelists you can run banners, log-in ads, log-out ads, hot links and many other forms of advertising.
Also with Safelists you can find some sites where they are partners with about 10 or 20 other Safelists and you can pay a small fee usually under $10 to have your ad ran on all the partner sites at the same time.
Don’t get me wrong – I know there are a lot of people who have fantastic results using Ad Exchange sites. It is just my personal experience that I have shared with you on the difference between the two different types of sites.
I have always been told by some of the up-lines I have had in the many different home business’s that I have been involved with; you should find the sites that you enjoy working with – It really does not matter if they are Ad Exchange sites or Safelists.
You are better off if you personally test the different types of advertising sites using a good tracker to see the results on hits and sign-ups. When you have found the best results for the type of ads you are using then go for it in a massive way.
