I would first concentrate on creating and sharing content via your blog. I personally believe this is the best way to present yourself as an authority in your business.
You can write blog posts about SFI in general and share the posts across a few choice social networking sites. As more of your content is seen and shared, more people will recognize you and want to join you.
Secondary to that, I would do some additional advertising and networking while you're waiting to access your affiliate center again.
