It seems like many people are asking what are "false binary questions." CSAs and PSAs are not an either/or. CSAs come to you as you build your network anyway, though, so I do not pursue them unless I think I can catch a good deal on an auction. PSAs are what can build a stronger income for you, though, because you earn larger commissions on them and you get VP Matching in the Executive Pool from your extended downline. You can do that much more, as a result, with your PSAs. However, even as a co-sponsor, you will be assisting in training (and it's always worth staying in touch), so you will be pursuing both.
