If you're talking about pursuing in the recruitment sense, then pursuing CSAs is not really an option, apart from in the occasional auctions to win CSAs. CSAs are generally given as a reward from SFI for you achieving and maintaining a minimum of EA rank.
Your own sponsoring efforts will be aimed at recruiting PSAs.
If you're talking about communicating with the CSAs or PSAs you already have, personally I wouldn't use 'pursue' as an appropriate verb in that case, as pursue means chase and when someone chases you, the natural reaction is to run away.
Your only real objective in working with your PSA/CSAs is to be there to help them develop their own business with SFI, show them how to duplicate the SFI methods. Treat them equally. Help them to become successful and your own success will be a result.
