I think that really depends upon your decision as to what is best. My current standing order consists of a 100 pack of TCredits that give me 1200 VP plus 3 single TCredits that give me 102 VP for each one. My past standing orders use to be of IAHBE (no longer available) or the Advanced Liquid Nutrition - 32 oz. Bottle (https://www.tripleclicks.com/detail.php?item=5169). So it really depend upon what you are able to afford. Just peruse the 1500 VP items offered or a combination that adds up to 1500 VP or more and you will make out just fine.
