Which is better to pursue..CSAs or PSAs?

PSAs are basically people who are introduced by your own efforts to SFI Business.
Where as, you are assigned to certain members who are already introduced by some one to help them grow so that you will be able to develop your Team.
Both are required to have a Team, develop the members and grow together with them. Without a Strong and Active Team one will not be able to grow and succeed here.
PSAs:
When you introduce your close friends, family members and relatives they are all your PSAs.
You know them well..You know their back ground well...you will also enjoy a good amount of rapport.
These will help you to communicate with them easily and especially if most of them belong to your (same ) area, then you can meet them personally & help them to do SFI activities better.
The other way of getting PSAs is through Free Ads, social media contacts, through SFI Auctions, etc, etc.
Since most of them are strangers you have to be more cautious when you communicate with them on SFI matters.
You have to be very patient and support them step by step. But still they help in building a Team.
CSAs:
Even though you have not introduced them, still, since you are assigned to them, the responsibility is more to communicate with them frequently, help them understand SFI Business, etc.
You have to demonstrate through your own actions that they can depend on you. Once the trust is created I feel they will certainly become closer to you and will become active.
You have to have lot of patience to see that at least few of them became active and continue their activities.
Conclusion:
1. In a business of this sort, every person in a Team is important. We can not write any one off and we can not give up our hope just because some one remains inactive. All it requires is constant communication and follow up.
2.View the PSAs and CSAs are and the same and take them along.
3.Please do realize that a strong PSA can give up mid way and an inactive CSA can become a Top Leader in your Team.
