This is going to be really easy to explain. My answer is Write down your questions, research answers for them, save them back and share what you found and any links to supporting articles and tools and share a question and answer with related resources at least once a week.
Too many people start with an expectation that they need to have more to a newsletter than this or that it should be 500+ words to be good or that the author should be an expert before they talk and train anyone. That's false and it hurts your business to hold off sending valuable tips because of some fear you may have of not being good enough.
Your people are in the same boat you were when you started at SFI.
They will have the same questions, need the same tools, and have to navigate the same pages and post to get where you are and where you are headed. Be bold, and be out in front. Learn something every day, teach something every day, and develop list of great references.
