Coming up with good content for a weekly newsletter can be a challenge to anyone.
I take note of items I see on Forum, & AskSC, & expand on those ideas.
I also note down what famous inspiring people are being quoted on Stream Post. I go to Google (any search engine will do) & look those people up (ie: Napoleon Hill), & find other appropriate quotes to use.
Additionally, you yourself would have faced challenges (& may still be facing some), similar to those your team are facing. Share your knowledge & learning-curve with them. this shows them that you too are human, & that you have overcome challenges they face, & that will not only show them how to succeed, but give them the reinforcement that they are not the only ones struggling.
