Here what I do to create an interesting weekly newsletter.
My suggestions are:

See what is new at Tripleclicks and SFI. Every day,during the week, I check on “Alerts” tab - Latest news and on Tripleclicks blog (http://news.tripleclicks.com). This week for example I found a great news: BID AND BUILD PROGRAM = on every 50 bids on auctions you will get 1 free PSA for your team.

Keep contact with every single person of your team, especially the most active ones. From them gets ideas for topics to use in your weekly newsletter. So I write about misunderstandings, problems, tips, uncleared things. These subjects are then useful for all the affiliates of my team.

Incentives and rewards. These are great topics for an interesting newsletter! Inform all your team about contests you decide to starts. I think you cna reward with TCredits your PSAs and CSAs who reach important goals. For example you give 5 TC to all qualified to Executive Affiliate status.

Write about your projects. Are you planning to became Gold Team Leader? Share this project with your downline. You can inspire them to reach new highs.

Always put encouragements in your newsletters and be available to answers any question.
