to come up with a good content, you must understand the following factors:
1. your Audience
2. The problem or purpose your newsletter is going to solve to your team
3. Who actually needed it
4. What is the problem you are trying to address or resolve
5. Seeing the whole picture i.e. what do you want to achieve with your newsletter.
All these factors are necessary if you are to attain a good content. Good contents are denoted with solving issues and results.
when i want to write a good newsletter to my team i put the factors above in place.how do i do that?
First, i check my genealogy to see the whole picture. how is my team doing and how active they have been.
Secondly, i check my movers to see who is active. my Genealogy actually determines my newsletter. when i realized their performance, i know what exactly the team needed. for instance, if there are new PSAs or CSAs in the team and they needed help too, i put a newsletter that helps them as well as the others as well.
Good content also deals with what will motivate your team to action and also update them on what is going on in SFI and how to tap into the benefits therein. it may be how to utilize the NMP or the Bid and Build program. keep them updated.
Good content also deals with how to operate their SFI account. from experience, most affiliates are stuck and they don't know how to operate their account.
Updates in SFI will go a long way. Keeping good content is to teach your team members in your newsletter how to grow and build their businesses
