I find the best way to do my weekly newsletters is to check out the SFI News page to see what has been added or modified this week at SFI. Not all of your affiliates especially the newer ones will read the news thorough because they are still trying to learn the SFI program.
Let them know exactly what's going on right now at SFI and TripleClicks.
I also like to base some of the newsletters around different times of the month.
The first letter of the month for example I remind everyone of the importance of setting up a standing order. I list the benefits of a SO, and tell them how it helps me each month to not worry about attaining EA status.
The last letter of the month i focus on making sure everyone knows their points will be reset soon and to try to achieve their VP goals by the last day of the month.
