I would try to access where your team is struggling and address that subject. Are they needing PSA's. Help them to find places to advertise, or list the ways they may find new PSA. Research different subjects in SFI.

The forum is a great place to get ideas and content. You can search the forum for a subject and get a lot of good content.
SFI has sample letters you can send or get content from.
Ask your team members what they would like more information on.
If you are like me you get a lot of information in your emails and sometimes there is a gem there that will help your team.
