5) Demonstrate your: Sincerity to support them;
6) Provide them with: More opportunities to seek & clarify things often;
When you make them believe, through your Words & Action, that:
- You are trustworthy &
- You are sincerely trying to help them grow
Naturally, they will become closer to you.
