Thanks for your nice initiatives. Every locality should plan like this. When same business community arrange this kind of meeting(get together) they can know each other personally and spread the business. From my little brain I can suggest followings:
1) Select the venue which is easy to reach for all.
2) Send Invitation card with SFI & TripleClicks logo.
3) In the Invitation, it should be mentioned that everyone must invite prospective Affiliates and should inform you approximately how many so you can arrange food accordingly.
4) Must have few laptops with net connection and projector.
5) Meet each other, exchange identity.
6) Keep some speech, share new ideas, marketing strategy, publicity.
7) Invite some print & electronic media person. So it can be a news.
Now time to encourage new comers:
1) Show SFI & TripleClicks video through projector on a wide screen.
2) Tell some success stories of the Affiliates are present there and some of big achievers in SFI
3) Play KOT & GS on big screen and let the prospective affiliates to play.
4) Participate in some Pricebenders auction.
5) Show the TripleClicks ECAs and their products.
6) Show products reviews.
7) Arrange signup of new affiliates who comes for who’s.
8) Distribute SFI T-Shirt/Cap.
Finally, serve food, have fun, play games, and make the day great!
