I find your question a good one - as I am sure most of us Team leaders get frustrated at the slow progress of many if not all, of our Affiliates, and feel at times we want to give them a push with some 'constructive criticism'...
However, SFI ethics do not give us that mandate - because our job is to encourage our downline to be more active. We do this by guiding them to the various aspects of the SFI training programme that will help them.
Don't forget that there are no 'bosses' in SFI, as we all become 'owners' of our own businesses.
So, instead of thinking of dishing out 'constructive criticism', take a deep breath and let SFI training programmes guide you to better ways of encouragement.
