1. First of all you need to have a list of A2A friends of your area or state/country. In order to do that. Go to: https://www.tripleclicks.com/TConnectMbr.php?Your SFI.ID
Then Click on ECA. You will be taken to https://www.tripleclicks.com/indexECAs.php, where you can search the list of all ECAs in your country.
The next task is to get connected with them for sending your message/invitation.
2. Second method is to login to your score board and go to: https://www.sfimg.com/Leaders/PowerRank. Here search for your country/state leaders in SFI. Now get connected to Top Ten Leaders & tell them about your intention. The job of invitation becomes their responsibility. It's better to choose another two leaders as organizers to help you conduct the meeting.
3. Decide the venue & date (preferably a Sunday)
4. Duration (preferably from 10 AM to 5 PM)
5. Now give a list of topics to be covered:
(a) Opportunities in SFI, TC and scope of further expansion.
(b) How to build a large team of affiliates/ Team Leaders.
(c) Opening of ECA Stores to cover the entire area of your state.
(d) How to tap fast growing market in your state/country.
(e) How to maintain your ranks with minimum cost.
(f) How to help expand SFI, TC & ECAs globally.
(g) And finally the topic of “Why some succeed in SFI and many quit before even they had started”
6. This list of topics is not exhaustive, more topics can be covered as and when they arise during the meeting.
