In network marketing business like SFI, managing your time effectively is vital to your success. You need to think how you can accomplish more with your available time in a day to make your SFI business profitable. This doesn’t mean that you have to do many things at one time (multitasking). You’re going to feel overwhelm if you employ multitasking in your SFI business. Staying focused is a must if you’re to build a profitable SFI business.
In order to build a profitable business with SFI and invest the right amount of time, you’ll need to consider the following points:
- As an Entrepreneur/SFI business owner, you get paid for results, not the amount of time you spend for accomplishing a certain task. For example, you want to establish close relationship with your team as their Team Leader. You’ll be guiding and supporting them to duplicate your skill. You’ll be sending support messages, chatting online to address issues in navigating their SFI homepage and so on. The time will vary to fulfil this task alone. You’ll need to give them your time as long as they need until they understand. The time you’ll be spending in a day will depend on your goal. Even if you have set priorities in a daily basis, you’ll also need to allocate time for your logging in daily to perform your To-Do List. The key here is, you should manage your time effectively towards building your SFI business profitably.
- Ask a rule of thumb, set your goals for the day and week. Do your most leveraged activities and do not waste time on busy work that is not productive. Effective planning and time management go hand in hand for your success.
- In general, create a routine and system for everything you do (Performing To-Do List, Checking your Team mails, participating in Ask SC and SFI Forums, Pricebender Auctions, Eager Zebra games, etc). This is one of the most efficient time management strategies. By having a set routine, you’ll get things done faster.
- Check and reply to emails at the start and end of the day. If you constantly check email throughout the day, you’ll be spending valuable time unnecessarily and it’s being unproductive.
- Allocate time to connect with your prospects. You must get on the phone with people to expose them to your business, product or services. Have a set time for doing this activity every day.
- Be sure to schedule quality time with your family and friends. Remember, they are your warm market and they might be a big help in referring your SFI business.
- Allocate time to focus on one or two marketing strategies. Go to the Marketing Center, learn and acquire the skills of applying the different marketing methods. Master a strategy before moving on to the next one.
- Set a schedule and stick with it. It will help you create the habits you need to be successful. You won’t have to think about the things you need to do, you will just do them.
