To provide positive and constructive criticisms, you need to consider who actually needs it.
how i go about mine, is to consider those i have instructed and have not done what was asked or went contrary to what i told them. from experience, there are some downliners who think they know better,especially when you give them the instruction to hold on, on a particular action, thinking time is going against them they go against the stipulated instructions and it actually boomerang back at them, some even lose their re qualification in the end, that is the time i put up a positive and constructive criticisms to them and it always work all the time. why? because they have seen their errors and when i criticize i put a note of encouragement in it and it all fires them back to action, making them better to lead their own team.
Also, when i criticize, i show them the how to come out of their dilemma. positive criticisms should leave a person better and not worse.
That has always been my goal and i have always receive positive reply of even forgiveness from them!
