W3 and S-Builder Co-op are two different categories to be compared.
1. W3 - You join and participate by promoting TripleClicks. When successful you gain PRMs then get other benefits,
2. B-Builder Co-op - You buy shares of the advertising and the resulting and wait for your affiliate and PRMs.
You only participate in W3. In S-Builder Co-op you buy and SFI do the recruiting.
For conclusion, I'll say it is better to participate in W3. When you have money, buy shares in S-Builer CO-op.
