We are all in Business.
Every Member of our Team is also in Business. WE are assigned to them as Sponsors and Co-Sponsors (unless they are our own referrals) by SFI with an expectation that we will support them to the best of our abilities so that they too will grow.
Without a strong and active down lines we cannot grow at all.
They have also come into SFI with an aim to grow and earn money.
We do not have a right to criticize any of our Team Members.
Why should we criticize any one? They are not our Employees. We are not paying them. Rather we are the beneficiaries of their efforts.
Our job is only to inspire them to do still better.
They will be inspired only when we show results. Our Badges are the best reflection of our growth for our down lines to see and emulate.
Our E-Mails should always:
1) Reflect our commitment to support them unconditionally so that all of us can grow together.
2) Show our Action Plan to achieve our monthly goals continuously.
3) Should make them feel, " There is indeed a person whom I can always depend"
Finally, if we judge people and try to criticize them (even if we assume they are
"constructive") they have the option to:
1) Move out of out Team and/or
2) Opt out of SFI Business!!
Both are not good for Leaders in general and business in specific!!
