Because the Wave3 kit is free save for shipping, it's worth participating in both because each adds to your business.
However, let's consider the unlikely situation in which somebody is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to choose one or the other. If money is no object, go for S-Builder because you can use it to build a deep downline that you can train and earn from. If, on the other hand, your funds are highly limited, then take advantage of Wave3.
