Congratulations for taking this initiative. It sounds like its the first time you are getting together with your A2A friends so let it be a meeting of friends!
You probably have been communicating with each other online but this is the 1st time you are meeting in person. The key to remember here is that you all have a lot more in common than differences. You are all from the local area and you are all SFI affiliates with one goal and that is to run successful SFI businesses. If that wasn't the case why bother with SFI and A2A in the 1st place.
I would suggest that you approach the meeting with a relaxed attitude. You are going to meet your friends, and this will hopefully the 1st of many meetings to come. You are getting to know each other more and learn from each others experiences.
Depending on the situation, this could be just a casual get together over a cup of coffee or beer for an hour or 2, or it could be a formal meeting with a set out agenda or program.
I would prefer the casual approach. If you are to learn from each other, people need to be relaxed and be willing to share experiences. A formal setting is not always conducive to those things happening.
Throw away your agenda and just go. The conversation will naturally flow towards your common interest SFI.
