Thanks to one of my co-affiliates, I have recently learned to utilize the Genealogy Page more thoroughly.
What a wonderful question!
Part of our business includes communication with our team or down line as it is commonly called. We naturally want to encourage our affiliates where they are weak, educate our affiliates and congratulate those who are succeeding.
Most of us like to build our team by rewarding our "Movers" ( active PSA's or CSA's) with PSA's that are not active, in the hopes that our "Movers" can have better success. I target inactive PSA's matching the language of my "Mover" and transfer them. This has proven most successful as I had 4 affiliates that I transferred in the last 2 monthes who gained over 600 Versa Points each. This gave me an added award of 20 Versa Points on my to do list! Not to mention the VP I now earn from their success as commission.
Genealogy allows us to target PSA's and CSA's in so many ways. These include but not limited to:
Country: This lets you know which countries are more active with SFI so you can target your online campaigns to countries you know are more apt to join.
Versa Points: Not all your movers may fit on the Mover page. This will have all your movers and you can encourage and congratulate them.
Last Log In * It is very important to let you know who needs encouragement so you can reach out to them personally
New CSA's: SFI is wonderful about rewarding it's "Movers" with CSA's with certain achievements.I have many very active CSA's and I am most grateful. Or we may a have won 50 or 100 CSA's in the price benders auction. Genealogy can target these new team members so that we can introduce ourselves and develop relationships.
Online: this is a great way to let your Movers know you are following their progress and you are there for support. You can send them an instant message or just thank them for being active in a group message.
Genealogy allows us to do all this and much much more.
When I send my movers PSA's as rewards, I now recommend them they practice using the Genealogy page with them. It helps to strengthen their skills as a team leader.
I hope this helps you.
To your Success!
