Answer on this question depends of your own goals in SFI. My experience says – both. At day one in sfi you should build a team? Why? Because it takes time. So, in first three months advertise to reach as much PSAs as you can and lead them to leader’s positions, learn and work with them to establish second and third generation. Someone says that less than 5% signups really work, so be persistent and invest in your future.
When you established at least 10 workers you can spent some time to refer TC members. Why? Because of commissions which can finance your team building. Lot of people who sign up for SFI don`t want to do MLM, but hey shop online. Encourage them to shop, advertise best deals and prices, auctions and games. Let say, 30% of your working time in SFI should be devoted to TC referring. So, make more blogs or websites and go both ways simultaneously.
