With Genealogy, you will be able to;
1) See your 'active' affiliates, and by seeing their performance, will enable you to reward them, or if something you can help to help them achieve their next level of TL rank.
2) See your new sign-ups be it PSAs or CSAs. You are able to write them a welcome letter, e-cards, provide them tips on how to do business at SFI etc.
3) With the re-assignment manager, will enable you to reassign your affiliate to the most active member if you like, as a reward or to encourage them further, in achieving TL status.
4) Sorts - Sorts allow for easy viewing and management of your Genealogy records.
5) Filter - Apply filters to easily pull up subsets of your Genealogy.
With the following TABS, you will be able to;
a) Basic - lists SFI ID, name, title, VP totals to date and for current month, sponsor ID, generation, date joined, the affiliate's last login date, CSA assign date, and keycode
b) VersaPoints - view Power Rank, Country Rank, and Class Rank for your team.
c) S-Builder - displays your team member's recent S-Builder participation.
d) Communication - includes e-mail addresses for personally sponsored affiliates.
e) Aff Mgr - includes selected data culled for each affiliate, including profile scores, whether affiliates have completed affiliate profiles, active standing orders, confirmed registrations, and whitelisted
[email protected] with their e-mail providers.
f) Sales - features TC referral total, current Sales VersaPoints (SVP) and previous month's SVP.
g) Gift Cert - use this format to award gift certificates to your affiliates; in the Give GC column, just click the "Buy Now" link for the individual affiliate.
h) Geographic - includes city, state/province, and country info.
i) Reassign - use this format to reassign sponsors; just click the checkbox next to the affiliate names you wish to reassign, enter SFI IDs of affiliates to whom you wish to reassign affiliates, and click "Reassign selected affiliates" link above the list.
j) TCredits - use this format to transfer TCredits; just click the Transfer TCredits link next to the affiliate of your choice.
