In my professional experience, I would not reassign inactive affiliates to affiliates who are very active. However, one can test to see if reassigning an affiliate would motivate them to become serious about their SFI business. In the ladder case, I'd try to match that affiliate with a new sponsor from his/her own geogragraphic region. Maybe, there was a disconnect between me and the PSA and I can faciliate a meaning partnership by assigning them to a new sponsor from their own culture and idealologies. Furthermore, this may remove any language barrier since many affiliates are from non-english speaking countries. Consequently, I've supported my inactive affiliate by reassigning him/her to someone that can better serve there needs. This is a win, win, win for everyone involved!
Notwithstanding, active affiliates deserve to be rewarded with active affiliates. Their is nothing more rewarding that getting TL qualification points when you haven't logged in due to some extenuating circumstances. Those affiliates who are BTLs need EA2s to help them maintain that milestone. The same applies to STLs, GTLs, and PTLs. This is a very effective way to create duplication through many generations for multiplied commissions. I'm an active recruiter and as such, I am looking for leaders and movers and shakers! This is how I support them best. This is the best way to reassign affiliates.
