This question is available for me to answer right after my first vacation since joining SFI. Before leaving I notified my Team that I would be on vacation for 10 days and when I would be back working in SFI. Since I had my Standing Order already in place I met my EA2 before I left. Due to the nature of my vacation I did not have time to work SFI. It was my Churches Annual Convention and I was involved with other activities that surrounded it.
During those 10 days I had the Vacation Mode turned on so that I would keep my 180 Daily Vera Points Streak Badge. Upon returning I resumed as usual. In two days I will requalify for Bronze Team Leader - just about a week later than the previous month. Before the month is out I will have earned over 10,000 Points (Sales/Action Pts.) for the month of October.
The reasons for a "vacation" and/or turning on the Vacation Mode can vary widely. Depending on the nature of the vacation and access to the internet some will still find time to work in SFI and others will not. Hopefully by the time you take a vacation you will be experienced enough in SFI to know what you need to do before you leave and what you will do after you return to requalify your SFI position - preferably a Team Leader.
