As the name suggests PSAs are Personally Sponsored Affiliates to whom we advertise and coax them to register themselves with SFI, whereas CSA - Co-Sponsored Affiliates are provided by the SFI on achieving something during our routine business or actions.
Since PSAs are the people we know, they prove to be more regular, consistent and most of the times show their interest in engaging and transacting their business with SFI hence it is very easy to keep track, provide encouragement and support to them at any instant of time. Moreover
the sponsored PSAs belong to our local place with whom we generally have formal contacts in our society. Unless we purchase or win the PSAs in auctions, the above situation is very correct.
The CSAs being provided by the SFI are the people who we do not know anything much about their tastes, background, societal level, customs & traditions etc. They generally belong to some foreign countries but very rarely belong to the same country. Since there is no formal contact or relationship with them, we cannot be sure whether they would contribute to themselves and to the sponsor or SFI.
Whenever both the PSAs and CSAs are regular in their respective tasks like doing daily, weekly and monthly acts - it shows that they are serious about SFI business.
If they regularly participate in auctions or games conducted by the SFI.
If they are advertising or marketing the SFI products and services by adopting various means and methods.
If their VersaPoint score is moving upwards on a daily basis.
If they making purchases for themselves or selling SFI products and services to others.
It is possible to check their daily activity and growth from the movers page.
If they are in regular contact, posing questions/queries at regular intervals on various topics and issues to senior Team Leaders or submitting tickets to SFI.
If they are regularly checking and reading the FAQs and replies/posts/answers in the SFI Forum.
If they are in regular contact with other team members or a2a members.
The above are few indicators which clearly show that both PSAs and CSAs are serious in their SFI business and intend to build a strong business for themselves and for their team.
