How do you proceed in your situation and what’s the best way?
- Plan ahead of how you’re going to fulfill the Team Leader requirements in the place of your vacation.
- Before going vacation, do as much as you can in accumulating VPs by participating in the Eager Zebra games (max. 200 AVP) or maximize your bidding (500 AVP) and don’t miss any day of performing your To-Do List. This will cost on TCredits but your goal is to maintain your Team Leader position.
- The length of time being away from home, which you normally conduct your SFI activities with your Internet connection, will affect your fulfillment of the required actions to maintain your SFI position, especially if the Internet availability is limited. So you need to find out ahead of time about the Internet availability of the area where you’re going for vacation. If you’re staying in a hotel, ask the hotel management if they have Internet connection.
- Use Google to search for alternative provider of Internet connection in the area where you’re going for vacation.
- If you have a data plan with your smart phone, you can inquire about your provider if they have coverage in the place of your vacation. With your smart phone you can perform your To-Do List and not miss a day’s worth of 11 or 12 AVP.
Planning ahead before going vacation will greatly reduce the uncertainty of not being able to maintain your Team Leader position and your responsibility of supporting your team.
