I have come to the conclusion that some PSA's will not do anything to recruit or even try no matter how well you present yourself or the SFI concept.
I have learned a few tricks/actions to do that seem to work well.
First of all is give praise to those who are taking action. List those who are action takers on your newletters and on your leader page. This seem to be a good motivating action you can take. I have had not movers to movers.
Another good tactic to use is reward those movers. I give my movers extra incentives for growing their business such as TC credits, gift certificates. I give my top movers PSA's for the top movers each month. This also seems to move non movers into movers. But I only give incentives and rewards only to those that achieve and perform certain tasks, like becoming Fast Tract qualified, or qualify at the Executive Affiliate level.
Those are the two most effective tools tool that I do to keep my PSA's and even my CSA's as movers and not idle watchers
