Hallo! I would love also to know how this works out but, I look every day my Movers Tab and see who is improving. Then, I send these ones a congratulations Card, motivate them to continue good work by telling them it will bring them more benefits if they do that.
Second, I reasign a PSA under them and tell them to motivate others by doing a good daily Tasks to improve thier business. I also send them some TC if I have to put a smile on their face!
The ones who are inactive I send them a personal leter or Card asking them if they need any help. Actually more than that, I also don´t know. I will be eager to read what others say about this Topic.
