Because I have a full time job, I only have a limited number of hours in a day that I can devote to SFI.
So, I allocate my time first by marketing as much as I can. Without affiliates or customers, I have no business to run. So marketing is number one in time spent.
Number 2 is answering any questions affiliates have, although if they don't ask, I won't have to spend as much time doing that. But communication is vitally important, so I make sure that my weekly emails try to give as many ideas to my downline on how they can improve their business, or what new things in SFI have arrived that they should know about.
Third, I make sure that I log in everyday and find out what is going in SFI, especially with the Alerts tab and the Forum.
New information and ideas pop up all the time, so I want to make sure I am informed, so that I can let my downline know about them. If they don't have the time, at least I can help them out if I keep up to date.
