My MOVERS tab would be an Awesome tab to use daily, since, this is a short cut to find all the progressive affiliates (PSAs &CSAs) in our team.
In Movers Page we can see these details about each affiliates listed: (decending order)
1. Name of the Affiliates
2. Affiliate's SFI ID number
3. Jet plains - Fast Track Membership (Green, Grey and Gold)
4. PSA or CSA affiliate
5. Country name
6. E365 status (only for those who are in the contest)
7. Versa Point this month
8. Points needed to advance to next level
9. Overall, Country and Class Power Rankings
10.Join date and Last login details
Note down all the details about each affiliate in your movers list. Choose one by one, click their name which will take you to their snapshot page with their personal details and badges. Click the VP ledger, this shows the VP they have earned so far and today's vp and VP needed for them to move to next level, review VP ledger and with the notes about their work in hand, contact them through sending tip, group mail, team mail, email, phone call, skype, video chat in hangout, fb chat etc. Express your happiness of their progress, explain their work status, motivate them to move further, assure your assistance again, wish them all success in SFI.
These points of your guidance will surely help them to work further with courage and energy and make them to move to Success which in turn will earn your benefits and commission from their work and you are there by maximizing your SFI business.
