Check your My Movers every day and note what VP they have earned, where they are in relation to the 'green' line, if they have Fast Track, if they have Standing Orders, how long ago they logged in.
Ignore whether they are PSAs or CSAs - they all contribute to your business.
I would encourage those who are right up to date and really working hard.
If they are not on Fast Track, no Standing Order or below the 'green' line, again, I would urge them on to go for these explaining how they will benefit. Whats in it for them.
Have a look at their VP Ledger and give them pointers and tips to maximize their businesses.
If a mover had not logged in for a day or two, I would just send them a contact note encouraging them along. Do not let these slip by. You do not want them to start slipping and not logging in regularly.
These are your workers and you want them to continue working. You want them to be successful and start duplicating your efforts. If they are successful, you will have a successful business.
