I recently went out of town to a conference, and I took a tablet PC with me; it could tap into the hotel's wi-fi, and every night, I would still maintain my SFI position. If I didn't have that, I would have had to had someone log in for me and take over that role, which is something I honestly would not want to do.
If you can, get your affiliates' phone numbers so that you can set up a weekly meeting from somewhere--phone connection can substitute for e-mail if you don't have any internet ability. Failing that, you just have to let them know this situation.
As for everything else, make sure to have your Standing Order in place to keep at least an EA ranking in your absence, and that will keep you from getting too far behind.
