I find that the "My Movers" tab is of value from an informational standpoint, although if you see one that is approaching the threshold of a goal (like approaching the 1500VP necessary to become an Executive Associate), you can send an immediate e-mail to that affiliate with encouragement and even incentives. Similarly, you can ask a "Mover" with an excessively low VP count (I do see the occasional PSA or CSA with less than 10 VP) about his or her experiences and help them move further toward their goals. It's excellent for that sort of fast feedback to individuals.
